To terminate partner coverage, you must complete a form attesting that your partnership has ended or submit a document showing the termination of your partner registration, as applicable. Taxes paid on the imputed income are not refundable.

Your partner and his or her children will be eligible to continue medical, dental, vision and/or HCSA coverage, if applicable, at his or her expense for a period of 36 months.

This coverage will be similar to Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985, as amended (COBRA) coverage offered to spouses/partners and other covered dependents. See "COBRA" for more information.
